Sage Cleansing Stick

WHAT IS IT: One bundle of sage approx 10cm in size.

PROPERTIES: SAGE is a powerful herb used for cleansing and purifying both physical and energetic spaces. It is commonly known for its ability to clear negative energy and restore balance, helping to promote peace, healing, and spiritual clarity. The smoke from sage is said to connect us to higher spiritual realms and elevate our vibrations. Its earthy, herbal scent helps calm the mind, enhance meditation, and ground energy, fostering a deeper sense of tranquility and connection to the present moment.

HOW TO USE:

1. Open all windows and doors to allow any negative energy to escape.

2. Set your intention—either state a specific goal or simply choose to release anything that no longer serves you.

3. Light the sage bundle and let it burn for about 20 seconds, then blow it out. You will see smoke rise from the bundle.

4. Slowly walk through your space, moving the sage around every corner and crevice, including yourself if you wish. Be mindful of any falling embers and extinguish them immediately.

5. To extinguish, place the sage in sand or dirt. Avoid wetting it as it can make it harder to relight next time.
