Every piece at Lithos Crystals is thoughtfully handmade and carefully prepared with love and care by us in our studio in Victoria, Australia. We truly hope you adore your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

We happily offer full refunds or exchanges on all full-priced items within 7 days of receiving your order.

To arrange a return or exchange, simply email us at info@lithoscrystals.com with your order number, and we'll guide you through the process. Our goal is to make the experience as easy and stress-free as possible, and we'll always go above and beyond to help wherever we can.

In the rare event that your order arrives with a fault, has been damaged in transit, or something is missing, simply let us know. We'll always go above and beyond to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Unless an item is faulty or we've made an error with your order, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Please note that sale items and custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.
