Shipping

Each LITHOS piece is carefully handmade, prepared, packed, and shipped by us from our workshop in Victoria, Australia. Orders are dispatched via Australia Post within 1–3 business days.

For Australian orders, please allow approximately:

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
• Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

For international orders, please allow approximately:

• Express Shipping: up to 10 business days
• Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days

Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on Australia Post, your location, and any delays within the postal network.

If your order is urgent, please contact us at info@lithoscrystals.com and we will always do our best to assist and arrange dispatch as quickly as possible.

Packaging

Every LITHOS order is carefully packaged to ensure your handmade pieces arrive safely and beautifully presented.

All items are packaged in a gift bag with a LITHOS card. As part of our commitment to reducing waste, we often package multiple items together in one bag. If you would like each item individually packaged, simply leave a note at checkout and we would be happy to arrange this.

Where possible, we reuse and recycle packaging materials, including recycled paper and newspaper, and use biodegradable bubble wrap to provide extra protection for your pieces during transit.

We have also chosen not to automatically include crystal information cards with every order, as many customers prefer a more minimal and sustainable approach. If you would like crystal information included with your purchase, please leave a note at checkout and we would be happy to add this for you.
